I Changed My Mind after Receiving Delivery. Can I Return My Order?

We want you to love your new lights! If you're not completely satisfied there are a number of options available;

If there is a fault or defect in the product and you would like a replacement we'll gladly facilitate this. We ask that you notify us of any product defects within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Please note that our products are handmade so there may be slight variations in colour and imperfections in some items. This is generally celebrated and considered an enhancement of the product. All returns must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. We cannot guarantee a full refund after this time. Restocking fees may also apply. All returns are shipped at the customer's own expense. In select cases we will bear the cost of returning goods or we can arrange a collection on your behalf (the cost of which will be taken off your refund amount).
