What Is Your Returns Policy and Process?

You can return standard products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as when received. 

Customised? Bespoke orders, personalised for you, are not eligible for return. 

You'll be responsible for covering all postage costs and any damages that occur during the return shipment. Upon return, if the products are in perfect condition, a credit note or transfer will be issued, minus the cost of original shipping. Please report any breakages or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.

As all products are made to order, a 30% restocking fee may apply.
For items purchased through our resellers, please arrange returns directly with them.
