We highly recommend our Marine range (heavy cast products) for exposed coastal, marine, or beach locations. To view the Marine range, search 'marine' on our website.

There are a couple of examples below;

As our lights are made from brass they are particularly suited to coastal settings. They have a high corrosion resistance and do not rust or corrode under saline conditions. Brass is commonly used on boats and in marine environments due to these qualities.
We offer our standard guarantee of 5 years for Raw and Antique brass IP65 outdoor products, with a number of conditions outlined below:
  1. It is important to consider that the finish itself will weather and develop a different patina over time depending on the serverity of the surrounding conditions. Products will not be covered under warranty for a change in patina.

  2. If you choose a pendant light for use outdoors you will need to consider the environment and exposure. Pendants are hanging lights and will be subject to damage in a windy environment. We cannot provide a warranty for pendants which have been installed in an exposed location and sustain damage from the wind. For pendants in exposed locations, we offer a custom option with a solid bar instead of wire for suspension for a small additional fee.

  3. It is important that when installing your outdoor lights the instructions must be carefully followed. The seals placed in the exact positions outlined to avoid water ingress.

  4. We would not recommend a painted/powder coated finish for a coastal environment; raw brass or antique brass are the recommended options.
