If you have provided your email address you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking information on the day the parcel leaves our factory. Please ensure you are available at the address on the day of delivery to sign for your parcel.
If you are not going to be available please contact the courier to inform them of an alternative delivery day when you will be available to sign for the parcel.
It is important to check your emails as the courier may contact you about delivery updates or customs charges (non EU countries).
